How employment policies are created in Bosnia and Herzegovina?

This article analyses impact of lack of data on policy-making in the field of government’s employment measures in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In that sense, inadequate data collection system, insufficient monitoring, analysis and evaluation of the implemented measures is key obstacle in creating efficient and effective active employment policies. The processes of policy-making in this area are usually based on intuitive approach and with the limited assessments of adequacy of these measures.
