Author’s rights and downloading content
By submitting a text to the editorial team, the right to further access of the content, its distribution, and publication, belongs equally to the text’s author and to Analitika Center for Social Research. Analitika reserves the right to publish the entire or parts of the text in other media and formats, at the discretion of the portal’s editorial team and Analitika. The author may publish the submitted text in other media or on a private blog, without the written of approval of Analitika, but with a clear reference and link to the originally published text.
Published content may be downloaded without the written approval of the publisher, under the condition that the content retains its original format (including images, graphics, charts, multimedia content, etc.) and without changing the text in any way. Access to content is free, as long as a full reference is used, including the name and last name of the author, complete title of the text, complete title of the web page, and a direct link to the originally published version.
If content is downloaded with the aim of publishing it another language, or in an incomplete or edited form, or in a printed publication, previous permission must be sought from the editorial team of the portal by contacting info@policyhub.net.
The editorial team reserves the right to change the Terms of Use, and the valid version is considered to be the one currently available on the web portal.
