The “Public Policy” (BCS: Javne Politike) anthology was published by the Institut Alternativa in November 2014. Its aim is to contribute to the study of public policy in Montenegro, and as part of the study materials for the “School of Public Policy” organized by the institute.
The first part of the anthology presents the concept and key elements of policy analysis from the perspective of various disciplines. The second is made up of the study “Public Policy Review – Montenegro.”
Though the anthology focuses on the institutional context of Montenegro, it is certainly useful initial reading for anyone interested in public policy in the Western Balkans.
